A gift card is a digital voucher that can be redeemed for products or services from a specific brand.
How can I buy a gift card?
To buy a gift card:
- Select your preferred brand
- Choose the amount
- Complete the payment
- Receive the gift card instantly
Are gift cards digital or physical?
All gift cards available on Paylux are 100% digital.
No physical cards are shipped.

How are gift cards delivered?
Gift cards are delivered via Email
They are also available in the My Orders section of your account.
How long does gift card delivery take?
Most gift cards are delivered instantly after successful payment.
In rare cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours due to technical or verification reasons.
Payment was successful but I did not receive my gift card. What should I do?
Please check your Spam/Junk folder and the My Orders section.
If the gift card is not received within 24 hours, contact customer support with your order ID.
What if I entered the wrong email ID or mobile number?
Providing incorrect contact details may result in non-delivery.
In such cases, the responsibility lies with the customer.

Can a gift card be cancelled or refunded?
Once a digital gift card is delivered, cancellation or refund is not allowed.
Refunds are applicable only for failed or duplicate payments.
Will I get a refund for an expired gift card?
No. Expired gift cards are non-refundable.
Redemption & Usage
How do I redeem my gift card?
Each gift card comes with brand-specific redemption instructions.
Visit the brand's website or app and enter the gift card code.
Can a gift card be partially redeemed?
Partial redemption depends on the brand's policy.
Some brands allow partial use, while others require full usage at once.
Do gift cards have an expiry date?
Yes. Every gift card has a validity / expiry date, mentioned in the gift card details.
Can the same gift card be used multiple times?
If partial redemption is allowed, the card can be used until the balance is exhausted.
Otherwise, it is single-use only.
Can gift cards be transferred or converted into cash?
No. Gift cards:
- Cannot be converted into cash
- Cannot be transferred or resold
Can I gift a gift card to someone else?
Yes! You can send a gift card directly to another person's email ID or mobile number.
What happens if a gift card is lost?
Keeping gift card details secure is the customer's responsibility.
Paylux is not responsible for loss, theft, or misuse after delivery.
